The company Mr. Kebab has decided to develop its fast food concept using franchising. As stated by the owner of the concept, Ľubor Lelovits, the company tends to expand its network not only in the Slovakia, but in Europe as well.
Why have you decided to expand your concept using franchise cooperation?
According to my judgement I have found the hole in the market - I didn't register any franchise network associated with kebab neither in Slovakia, nor in the world in 2005. Exceptionally, few locally operated networks. I have decided to build such a network, but well aware of the fact that I do not intend (I believe it is not even possible) to follow in detail, govern, control and solve on-line daily troubles, especially the personal ones, in the number of scattered stores. That was the reason for the decision to develop a store network with systematic solution that would fit the future franchise network.
what cities in slovakia and czech republic would you like to spread your concept to ?
Considering the fact that we always care about the quality of product, quality od presentation and sale, so we do not try to keep the prices down on the expense of quality of product, mostly larger cities, let's say 30 000 citizens and more, are coming into consideration. At the same time, there is a potential to have more stores in the bigger cities, e.g. in every relevant shopping centre or in its close enviroment, as we also have an exterior stall version prepared.
